Very tall. A green sheath, a top hat, a white ribbon. The lord of a territory, apparently. But what, exactly, is the point of being large? Stretch up that far and all you'll see is the sky above the treetops.
Only one may stay large within a territory. Now and then it splits, and makes more of the small ones.
The small one — shulime — obeys the large one. Probably. But observe: the large one stands alone; the small ones multiply. A gathering of small things will swallow the large one in the end. ...As for the rumor that a shulime grows tall once it leaves the territory — I shall pretend I never heard it.
